Couples Support Therapy Package
The ANH Couples Support Therapy Package is a 4-session guided process designed to help couples restore harmony, strengthen communication, and navigate the challenges of partnership, family, and life transitions with greater clarity and balance.
Rooted in traditional wisdom and supported by practical counseling tools, this package offers both individual and joint support so each partner has space to be heard, understood, and guided.
This 4-session package includes:
Session 1: Female partner 1:1 with Irishapi Male partner 1:1 with Kensheta
Session 2: Joint session with both partners and both counselors
Session 3: Female partner 1:1 with Kensheta Male partner 1:1 with Irishapi
Session 4: Follow-up integration session with both partners and both counselors
Irishapi and Kensheta bring a balanced husband-and-wife , mother-and-father perspective to couples support. Irishapi & Kensheta are ANH apprentice healers who both hold a background in clinical psychology. They use their background as well as their immersion into Dogon traditional culture to provide practical traditional solutions to modern family and relationship problems. Irishapi specializes in feminine leadership, motherhood challenge, offers grounded emotional insight, communication support, and women’s guidance. Kensheta specializes in navigating material and non material challenges of interpersonal relationships, indigenous perspectives of family and offers steady male guidance, traditional wisdom, and support for men navigating responsibility, partnership, and family life.
Couples may choose the 4-session package on its own or add a spiritual reading for deeper insight and direction.
