Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY

We ship Monday through Friday.  Orders placed before 11am CST will be shipped within 3 business days. Orders that pay for priority 2 day or overnight services will be shipped within 2 business days if placed before 10am CST or next day. Please note we are a small business and delays do happen. If you need something by a certain time, please contact us directly and we will work with you the best way to make it happen at products@anhlife.org

We ship your orders to the address you provided and with the service you specified at checkout.  If you qualified for free shipping we will send your package with USPS or UPS. 

PLEASE NOTE SHIPPING CARRIERS ARE STILL HAVING SHIPPING DELAYS DUE TO COVID.

Ankhkasta is not responsible for customs import fees internationally, including the UK and Canada. Additionally, Ankhkasta is not responsible for any customs delays or holds. 

We regret that once we have shipped your order we cannot be held responsible for lost or delayed items.  In event of a loss, or extreme delay, we encourage you to file a claim with the shipping company (eg. USPS) using your individual tracking number or your payment provider (eg. PayPal).  This is the best way to recover your purchase price and/or shipping cost. 


Shipping Returns


To return your order please repackage well and mail to: 3510 Scott St. Houston TX 77004

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider purchasing additional shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
