Herb Refund & Return Policy:

Damages and issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable items:

With the exception of damaged, defective or incorrect orders, all Ankhkasta products are non-returnable/non-refundable.

Services Refund Policy:

Once the service in question has been processed and/or rendered, you will no longer be eligible for a refund. If the service has not been processed or rendered a refund request can be made within 14 days of purchase. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
