What is Senseni?
In indigenous cultures of Western Africa it is common practice to cleanse your blood regularly as preventative care, a practice that is not as common in the modern world. Senseni is one of our strongest herbs for detoxifying the blood and is known for being able to remove excess mineral deposits in the blood. It is often used for stroke recovery and for relief from chronic abscesses. Like our other blood cleansers, it is not unusual for Senseni to clear up unexplained or difficult to heal illnesses.
Our blood is responsible for carrying oxygen and nutrients throughout the body. When the blood accumulates too much waste it gets heavy and circulation becomes more difficult. This marks the beginning stages of high blood pressure, diabetes, and other advanced conditions. Periodic blood cleansing is highly recommended for overall good health.

Important Note: Pregnancy, Breastfeeding, and Herbal Cleansing
Pregnant women, those attempting to conceive, or currently breastfeeding individuals should exercise caution when considering herbal cleansing. It is highly advised that individuals in these circumstances consult with a qualified ANH healer or coach before incorporating any cleansing herbs into their routine. Pregnant women are strongly advised against the consumption of cleansing herbs due to their potential effects on pregnancy. Additionally, for breastfeeding individuals, it is recommended to wait until the child is at least 3 months old before considering the use of such herbs.
