Sogider (pronounced Soh-guh-dey) is an herb that is made to target many issues in the stomach region. What makes this product unique is that it is considered to be "a plant with its' own intelligence."

According to indigenous healers, Sogider concentrates on the abdominal region, helping to alleviate any problems in that area (whether they are known or unknown to you). The intelligence of the plant identifies the problems that are present and works to alleviate them. This is why Sogider is indicated for so many different issues including everything from constipation, stomach cramps, sharp pains, indigestion, upset stomach, STD's, menstrual cramps and more. This product can be taken by men and women.

Why Take Sogider:

  •  Repairs all issues in the lower abdomen area.
  •  For maintenance
  •  To stop issues before you are even aware of them.
  •  To target enigmatic problems in the abdominal area
  •  To help with menstrual cramps.
  •  Alleviates indigestion
  •  Manage STDs

Directions: Take 1 tsp in hot water, 2x a day, morning and evening, for 3 days.

Important Note: Pregnancy, Breastfeeding, and Herbal Cleansing

Pregnant women, those attempting to conceive, or currently breastfeeding individuals should exercise caution when considering herbal cleansing. It is highly advised that individuals in these circumstances consult with a qualified ANH healer or coach before incorporating any cleansing herbs into their routine. Pregnant women are strongly advised against the consumption of cleansing herbs due to their potential effects on pregnancy. Additionally, for breastfeeding individuals, it is recommended to wait until the child is at least 3 months old before considering the use of such herbs.
